Welcome to Lincoln School, the
proud home of approximately 600 kindergarten through thirdgrade students located in the West-Central Illinois town of Macomb,
home of Western
Illinois University! A community of approximately 20,000,
Macomb is the county seat of McDonough County and is located approximately 35 miles
east of the Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri
border. We are one of four schools in Macomb
Community School District #185, a district which serves approximately
2000 Pre-K through 12th grade students. The 80 staff members at Lincoln work hard to uphold the district
mission statement:
