ECOLOGY CLUB

    The Macomb High School Ecology Club was founded in the 1970's.  Mrs. Palm-Gessner has been the sponsor since 1980.  The purpose of the club is to focus on environmental education and local action.  The meetings are on Monday at 3:15 p.m. in room 192.

The MHS Ecology Club theme is Trash Busters, and their activities include:  maintaining MJSHS paper and aluminum can recycling, making public service cartoons on curbside recycling for local newspapers, addressing Macomb's City Council about educating the public about recycling.
